The technique is acrylic, oil and lacquer on silkscreen on canvas while the brain is silkscreened and the text is in lacquer. The text is handwritten but in a handwriting that is just based on rectangles so you can't find out who is the author. The text itself comes out of a handbook for nurses explaining what they have got to do to prepare a certain operation and how they keep the doctors tools clean.
